The sole will be worn to different degrees during the long-term wearing process.
The purpose of the experiment: The DIN abrasion test is to test the abrasion resistance of the sole. After a certain length of wear of the sole material is tested, the surface wear condition, weight loss, volume loss, wear thickness and other characteristics of the test material are evaluated, and the wear resistance characteristics are compared according to the standard adhesive.
The principle of the DIN Abrasion Test:
1. Under the specified contact pressure and on the given area, measure the wear amount generated by the friction of the sample on a certain level of sandpaper
2. The sandpaper package is attached to the surface of the drum, and the sample is pressed against the drum with sandpaper, so that the sample moves laterally along the drum. The abrasion is generated at one end of the cylindrical specimen, the mass loss value of the specimen is measured, and the volume abrasion is calculated from the density of the specimen.
Required equipment: DIN abrasion tester, round standard cutter, drilling machine, brush, vacuum cleaner, standard adhesive.
DIN Abrasion Test experimental steps:
1. Cut a piece of standard adhesive according to the standard.
2. Clamp the standard adhesive under the holder and lock it so that the test piece protrudes from the holder surface by about 2mm.
3. Slide the test piece holder to the starting position, turn the sandpaper and standard glue to the starting point, put down the gripper, turn on the power switch, and move the test piece to the right about 5CM laterally along the axis to make the test piece It is exactly the same as the radian of the sandpaper, clean the sandpaper and the test piece, remove the standard glue and weigh it as W1g.
4. Press the marked line to clamp the standard glue into the holder in the same direction, push the test piece holder and sandpaper to the starting position, put down the holder, and start the test. At this time, the test piece holder will automatically move to the right. Traverse and autobiography counterclockwise; when the specimen holder moves to the right end of the grinding wheel of the testing machine, the specimen holder automatically leaves the grinding wheel.
5. Press the stop switch to clean the surface of the test piece and sandpaper.
6. Remove the standard adhesive and weigh W2g. When the wear of the standard adhesive (that is, the difference between the two weights ΔW=W1-W2) is between 180-220MG, the test can be started.
7. Use a standard cutter to cut the test piece of the base material to be tested, and make the height between 6-14MM.
8. Test specimen: Repeat steps "1-6" to obtain the abrasion value ΔV of the specimen.
9. Repeat steps "1-8" repeatedly to obtain the wear values ΔW2, ΔW3, ΔV2, ΔV3 of the standard glue and the test piece respectively.
10. Find the average wear value of the standard glue and the test piece three times and the density of the test piece.
11. Calculate the volume loss value of the primer according to the formula
Δ=ΔV*200/ΔW*A(MM³)
A---The density of the measured base material g/cm³
Δ---The DIN abrasion value MM³ of the base material required
ΔW---three times average wear g of standard adhesive
ΔV---three average mass loss of the test piece
