Application

Fabric Stretch & Recovery Tester is suitable for testing the elastic recovery performance of elastic fabrics in two ways (constant force value and fixed length).

Principle

Constant force method: The upper end of a sample of a certain specification is clamped in the upper clamp, and the weight of the weight is suspended below the load of the test specimen after 4 times of loading.

Fixed length method: The upper and lower ends of the sample of a certain specification are respectively clamped in the upper and lower clamps, and the lower clamp is moved to hold the sample for a certain length and then kept for a certain period of time to measure the recovery performance of the sample.

Feature

1. Fixed force method: clamp the upper end of the sample in the upper fixture, lower end of sample hanging the load weight, loading 4 times, then test the recovery performance of sample.

2. Fixed length method: clamp the upper end and lower end of the sample in the upper and lower fixture, moving lower fixture to stretch a specimen for a certain length and keep a certain time, then check the recovery performance of sample.
